Note:

  • Service provider can only manage PM that match the company, site, service category, service subcategory assigned to their account.
    • For example, if SP 1 is assigned to site A->category A->subcategory A with company A, then SP 1 can only manage PM with company A->site A->category A->subcategory A.
  • Site admin can only manage PM that match the site assigned to their account.
    • For example, if SP 1 is assigned to site A, then SP 1 can only manage PM with site A.
