Note:

• Portal ID in the PM form is to let users link the service report in Circle
  • This is optional, but is a prerequisite in submit service report step
  • Refer to the video above to get the portal id
• Refer to Circle section to check on how to create a service report

To Create a preventive maintenance, follow these steps:

1. Login, then select Preventive Maintenance in sidebar
2. Click Generate Preventive Maintenance Work button at right side and enter any relevant information
3. Click Add, then the record will be shown in the table
