Note:

  • After work verified, this fault is considered case closed
  • Only super admin, site admin can perform this step

To View a fault record, follow these steps:

  1. Select Fault module in sidebar
  2. Click on the magnifying glass icon of the fault you want to view. Alternatively, click on the service ID row item
  3. Click on Work Verified button
  4. Enter any relevant information
  5. Click the Submit button
