  • Service provider can only manage faults that match the site, service category, service subcategory assigned to their account.
    • For example, if SP 1 is assigned to site A->category A->subcategory A, then SP 1 can only manage faults with site A->category A->subcategory A.
  • Site admin can only manage faults that match the site assigned to their account.
    • For example, if SP 1 is assigned to site A, then SP 1 can only manage faults with site A.
