Report a Fault

You can refer to this video:


To report a fault, you can either report from fault page or through public fault form. You can refer to public fault form section to create the form.

To report from fault page, follow these steps:

  1. Login, then select Corrective Maintenance in sidebar.
  2. Click Report Corrective Maintenance button at right side and enter any relevant information.
  3. Click Add, then the record will be shown in the table.
