Report a Fault

You can refer to this video:


To report a fault, you can either report from fault page or through public fault form. You can refer to public fault form section to create the form.

To report from fault page, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Public Feedback in the sidebar
  2. Click on magnifying glass icon on the selected fault
  3. Click on Create Corrective Maintenance button
  4. Fill in any relevant information, the corresponding Site & Location will be filled in automatically

Alternate Way

  1. Navigate to Corrective Maintenance in the sidebar
  2. Click Report Corrective Maintenance button at right side and enter any relevant information, the Site & Location is required to be manually selected
  3. Click Add, then the record will be shown in the table
