Create Public Fault Form

To create a form, follow these steps:

  1. Login as admin, select QR Code module in sidebar.
  2. Click Add New QR Code button at right side and enter any relevant information.
  3. Click Create to create the form.
  4. You can click the link under key column in qr code table to go to the public feedback form.
  5. You can also click Qr Code button at the first column in qr code table, this will generate a qr code, users can scan this and it will redirect them to the public form.
